Croatia establishes embassy to Kosovo, seated in Pristina

By the decision of the President of the Republic of Croatia from 21 October 2008, the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia to the Republic of Kosovo was established, seated in Pristina and headed by the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary.

The Croatian Government reached the decision to recognize the Republic of Kosovo as a sovereign and independent country on 19 March 2008, while the diplomatic relations were established on 30 June 2008.

Until now, communication took place through the Liaison Office of the Republic of Croatia in Pristina.
